The Changing Room

Spiritual growth flourishes in the quiet of His presence, leading to a life that radiates His light. Whether you are navigating a valley of grief, a season of waiting, or pending restoration, Jesus remains the steadfast anchor for your heart. He is healing every hurt and desires to reveal divine purposes for your future. Transition was never meant to be a solo event. Through the Holy Spirit you can exchange anger and exhaustion for gentle rest, a deep breath, and steady confidence. Be encouraged and move at a pace that will allow you to be held by the One who restores all things.

C.H.A.N.G.E.

“Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely… He who calls you is faithful; he will surely do it.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:23–24 (ESV)

These six processes are one way we join Him in that faithful, ongoing work.

C — Connect with Others

God never meant for you to shoulder seasons of change on your own. If you’ve been quietly carrying it all, it’s time to step into a brave, warm sisterhood where you can be known, challenged, and encouraged in Christ as we walk through life’s shifts together.

H — Honor Your Self

Honor the way God fearfully and wonderfully made you—your true Psalm 139 self—by welcoming His truth in your inward parts and receiving your God‑given intuition as a gift, listening to your heart and body with kindness instead of shame. As you respect the holy limits He’s given you in this season, you can rest in His grace while you walk through life’s unfolding chapters.

A — Accept Feedback

Inviting a sister’s perspective isn’t optional—it’s a lifeline. When we refuse humble, Christ‑centered feedback, blind spots can harden into patterns that wound us and the people we love. Accept feedback as a gift of grace that protects you, refines your spirit, and keeps you aligned with God’s purpose for your life.

N — Never Give Up

Even when the season feels messy or slow, choose perseverance over resignation. When you feel tempted to shut down, isolate, or numb out, remember that God is still at work in the rich soil of your soul strengthening your roots, shaping your character, and writing a story full of harvest that is worth staying for.

G — Give Feedback

As the Lord fills your cup on this journey, don’t keep it to yourself. Prayerfully offer honest, Christ‑centered feedback to the women around you—not to control or criticize, but to lovingly name what you see, call out God’s work in their lives, and gently warn where harm may be taking root. Your courage to speak truth in love can be the very thing God uses to protect a sister, strengthen her faith, and keep her aligned with His good purposes.

E — Expect Good Things to Happen

We invite you to cultivate a heart of holy expectation—not naïve optimism, but a deep, steady trust that God is already moving on your behalf. As you look for His goodness in both the small mercies and the big breakthroughs, you train your heart to recognize His presence, receive His gifts, and believe that your future in Him is as bright as the noon day sun.
